Mr. Brooke is a Chartered Surveyor with over twenty years of experience in various fields of the property industry. He began his career in the United Kingdom in 1989, after which he relocated to Hong Kong. Between 1992 and 2005 he specialized in the provision of consultancy advice in relation to real estate markets and development projects in Hong Kong, China and the Asia Pacific region and participated within assignments associated with market research, feasibility studies, land premium negotiations, development projects and joint venture agreements. Since 2005, he has held a number of senior management positions at CBRE both in China and at a regional level.
