主讲人简介：

Jørgen Vig Knudstorp is the CEO and President of the LEGO Group. Through ten years, he has overseen the LEGO Group's quadrupling of revenues, which has made it one of the world's most valuable brands in the business of play and creativity, and more importantly taken its employee engagement and customer satisfaction to unprecedented levels as one of the world's ten best reputed brands.

 

The LEGO Group uses the creativity and imagination of children as a role model for the way we could work, organize and develop ourselves. Companies and organizations stop being innovative because they stop being explorative, imaginative and natural learners—just like children. Jørgen Vig Knudstorp believes we could all be change-makers and use a playful and collaborative approach across disciplines to support creativity in future generations of children and students.
