Prof. John A. Rogers

Member of National Academy of Engineering in USA

Swanlund Chair (the highest endowed position at the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)

Rogers’ research includes fundamental and applied aspects of nano and molecular scale fabrication
as well as materials and patterning techniques for unusual electronic and photonic devices, with an emphasis on bio-integrated and bio-inspired systems. He has published more than 450 papers,
which more than 50 papers were published on Science, Nature and Nature Publishing Group, and
he is an inventor on over 80 patents and patent applications, more than 50 of which are licensed or in active use by large companies and startups that he has co-founded.

Prof. Yonggang Huang

Joseph Cummings Professor of Civil and Environmental

Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Northwestern University

Prof. Huang’s research interests lie in mechanics of stretchable electronics, on which he has published more than 40 papers on journals include JMPS, Nature, Science, PNAS, Advanced Materials,Nano Letters and PRL and so on.

He has received significant recognitions, such as Charles Russ Richards Memorial Award,
American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Pi Tau Sigma (National Mechanical Engineering
Honor Society) in 2010, Guggenheim Fellowship from John Simon Guggenheim Memorial
Foundation in 2008.
