报告题目：Global chemicals and waste management

报告人：Rolph Payet  教授

巴塞尔、鹿特丹、斯德哥尔摩公约秘书处执行秘书，塞舌尔前环境和能源部长。

Doctorate in Environmental Science, degrees at master level in Integrated Coastal Zone Management.

重要成就：Established important multi-stakeholder platforms, such as the Global Island Partnership (GLISPA) and co-chaired the International Coral Reef Initiative; Lead Author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Third and Fourth Assessments and was elected as Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS) in 2007, in recognition of his contributions to marine research.
