报告摘要:

Managing the process of ensuring industrial safety is a complex management task. During work, the decision-maker must consider the requirements specified in the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation. To solve this situation, during the development of technology for managing industrial safety processes, it was suggested to use the modeling of safety processes based on synthesis, that is, solving the reverse control problem based on the required level of the safety index. The initial data for modeling the safety process is the fact that the basis of any human activity is a person's decision. Consequently, a mathematical model of human decision was drawn up based on three basic processes-the formation, identification and neutralization of the threat. Since the information depending on the work activity of the organization can significantly differ, which leads to the need to build a model for each enterprise, and the conduct of a safety experiment is impossible, in connection with the threat to life and health of the participants in the experiment, the way of considering the basic laws of the domain is chosen.

 

报告人简介:

Burlov Viacheslav Georgievich received the Specialist of Engineering, Candidate of Engineering and Doctor of Engineering degrees in Flights Theory (1972), Cybernetics and System Analysis (1979), and Cybernetics and System Analysis (1999), respectively. Viacheslav is a full professor of the Life Safety Department in Peter the Great Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University (since 1998). In additional, Viacheslav Burlov is a Professor of Russian State Hydrometeorological University. He has developed the Theory of System Synthesis on the basis of The Law of preservation of the object integrity. The theory was tested out with many spheres of human activities in universities of Russia, the USA, and Europe. Viacheslav was an academic adviser for three dissertations of doctor of technical sciences (Ph.D.) and four dissertations of candidate of technical sciences (Ph.D.), which were defended. Viacheslav Burlov established a scientific school System integration of public administration processesas a result of his Scientific activities. For scientific achievements, this school was included in the Register of top scientific and educational schools by the Government of St. Petersburg.
