摘要：Based on the conception "pseudo-potential" of incompressible flow in the plane, we give an exact solution of the pseudo-potential flow to the Euler's equation with arbitrarily external potential force. This solution describes infinitely many unsteady vortexes distributed periodically on the whole plane and the Brownian motion appeared in the neighborhood of the edge between these vertexes.

报告人简介：管克英教授，1984年在中科院应用数学所获理学博士学位，1988年在北航被评为教授，1994年在北航评为一般力学博士生导师，1998年10月调入北京交通大学理学院。曾到英国、丹麦、俄罗斯、加拿大、美国、波兰等国进行学术访问。长期从事非线性动力学，孤立子，一般力学和常微分方程可积性等研究。
