报告人简介：

Prof. Ir. Wim Rulkens是荷兰Wageningen University环境技术系前任系主任、教授，他领导的研究小组多年来致力于水污染控制技术、污染物回收利用、生物质能源、环境技术政策管理等领域的研究，取得了世界领先水平的研究成果。Rulkens教授在Water Research等国际重要期刊发表文章100余篇，主持和参与多项欧盟环境技术政策、标准的编写和修订。
