演讲内容： In Japan and many other countries, a partnership approach is more and more used in managing social infrastructure and promoting sustainable development. Partnership is often formed between public sector and private sector to provide the most effective and efficient means. Also, involving people sector can be very important and successful in some areas such as waste management.
The speaker will discuss the key principles of partnership. She will also share important lessons from Japan and overseas.
