简介: |
Three years of data collected by the experiments at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) have opened new windows on our understanding of the fundamental laws of physics. The discovery of the Higgs boson has been accompanied by a multitude of studies of fundamental interactions at the highest energies, consolidating the strength of the Standard Model, and posing new challenges to theories trying to extend it. This talk will review the major findings of these three years of the LHC, and will provide a perspective on its future potential, touching also on the new ideas under consideration for the long-term future of high-energy physics. |
